Project Description:
- In 2023 Mechco group L.L.C. was one of the main contractors assisting in the defuel project at Red Hill.
- Mechco Group assisted by making modifications and complete change outs to all the existing pipe supports in the tunnel, as well as replacing piping along the way.
- Mechco completed this work under POND Constructors as a sub-contractor under the RMMR Program.
- Along with doing all the fabrication work for the Red Hill Defuel Project, Mechco had to maintain responsibility of upkeeping the RM efforts for Pearl Harbor, Red Hill, and other additional sites on the island.
