Piping

MechCo has developed a myriad of welding procedures covering virtually every possible variation of metallurgy resulting from both its shop fabrication work as well as its field installation. As a result, our work and many of our procedures incorporate exotic alloys. Our fabrication facility is equipped with automatic and semi-automatic welding machines, sub-arc, compressed air system, and welding gas utility systems that have allowed us to complete some of the most difficult and complex projects around. This combined, with our personnel’s decades of in-shop experience; clients continue to return to us for their unique fabrication needs.

Structural

Diversity is our advantage with our ability to complete such standard items as structural steel platforms, ladders, and handrails. Yet, did you know that more than half of our fabrications are custom assemblies? We seek and promote collaborative relationships with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Government Agencies, to ensure that quality, cost and schedule restraints are addressed before they become an issue. From steel towers to stainless chutes, tanks, flarestacks, containers, fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, up to nickel alloys to list a few. MechCo is adaptable and will adjust to meet any needs that arise, our experience will allow us to assist clients in finding ways to shop fabricate larger portions of the projects, reduce engineering fees, material expenses, and field installation costs to a fraction of their original design costs.
